My name is Christopher Burley, I have been teaching high school mathematics for 19 years, and ten of those years have been with Fort Bend ISD.  I started working with young people in 1999 at Gulf Coast Trade Center in New Waverly, TX (outside of Huntsville) as a group monitor.  I then worked for Harris County Juvenile Justice Department as an institutional officer and eventually started to teach mathematics for the department.  

I began my higher education at Blinn Junior College (A.A in General Studies), then transferred to Sam Houston State University (B.S. in Mathematics), and then to Prairie View A&M (M.S. in Mathematics).  The subject of mathematics has always intrigued me, so I hope that I can pass on that passion for math to my students. I currently teach Algebra 1, Algebra Reasoning, Strategic Leaning for High School Math and other contracted math courses for Ferndell Henry Center for Learning.
