I have been an educator for over 21 years and have had the joy of teaching students in every grade from 1st through 5th. Over the years, I’ve learned just how important it is to meet students where they are and help them grow not only academically, but also as confident, curious learners. I truly believe that reading is the key to all learning, and assisting students in developing a love for reading has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

I am passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. I also enjoy collaborating with fellow educators and working together to make a positive impact on our school community.

Outside of school, I’ve been happily married for 24 years and am a proud mom to three amazing daughters, ages 22, 15, and 8. In my free time, I love traveling, staying active through workouts, and most of all spending time with my family.
