Hello and welcome to 4th grade English Language Arts and Social Studies with Mrs. Rivas! I graduated from the University of Houston in 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. This will be my eight year in education, I have taught 3rd and 4th grade in Alief ISD.

I was born in Lima, Peru and during my free time I love to spend time with my family, go to the movies and travel to new places!

I am super excited to be your teacher this year. This will be a year full of learning and using technology in exciting ways that we never have before. I'm looking forward to all the fun and collaboration with all of you to allow for an incredible year!

¡Hola, bienvenidos a la clase de 4to grado con Mrs. Rivas! Sere su maestra de Lenguaje & Estudios sociales. Me gradué de la Universidad de Houston en 2017 con una Licenciatura en Estudios Interdisciplinarios. Este será mi octavo año en educación, he enseñado 3.° y 4.° grado en Alief ISD.

Nací en Lima, Perú y durante mi tiempo libre me encanta pasar tiempo con mi familia, ir al cine y viajar a nuevos lugares.

Estoy super emocionada de ser su maestra este año. Este sera un año lleno de aprendizaje, especialmente con el uso de tecnologia durante nuestro año escolar. Tampoco puede faltar la diversion y colaboracion de todos nosotros para tener un año inolvidable.
