      Dr. Veronica Roberson

We will continue to be one family doing whatever it takes to grow all Mission Bend Glen Elementary scholars. I encourage every new and returning parent to stop by Mission Bend Glen Elementary and find out how you can get involved. My door is always open to collaborating with parents to ensure their children reach all goals set.

I have lived in the Houston area for more than twenty years. I grew up in a small town, so I continue to operate like a small-town native. We support each other every day. I obtained my Bachelor of Science- Interdisciplinary Studies degree at Texas Southern University. I then attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake and received a Master of Science in Educational Management. I obtained my doctoral degree at the University of Houston, focusing on special education leadership. Every child can learn when provided the necessary tools to overcome barriers.

I genuinely believe in the old African proverb, “It takes a village to raise (educate) a child.” I look forward to collaborating with you to meet all scholars’ social-emotional and academic needs. As a parent of two children, ages 20 and 17, I know our partnership will give our scholars the skills to achieve dreams beyond their imaginations.
I am happy to be the principal at Mission Bend Glen Elementary, where we believe all students can and will learn.

    Sincerely,

    Dr. Roberson

Assistant Principal

I am humbled to have the opportunity to join a school where two communities unite. It is also with great honor that I assist in serving the Mission Bend Glen community with Dr. Roberson.

I have worked in Fort Bend ISD since 2011. Most of my experience in FBISD involves supporting district and campus-level elementary mathematics. In 2017, I obtained my Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership and continue to grow in leadership.

My philosophy for learning is that every professional and student deserves the opportunity to learn and grow. Throughout my tenure at FBISD, I have grown to value building positive relationships with professionals and the community to encourage, empower, and equip each other with the tools we need to be successful. It is my goal, as always, to continue to provide the same opportunities for the Mission Bend Glen community.

I look forward to a fantastic year of positive change, growth, and success.

    Sincerely,

    Ms. Sherayne English
