Hodges Bend Middle School

Hello! My name is Jasmin Stewart, and I am delighted to support students and serve this campus. I have worked in Fort Bend ISD for over 10 years and all of those years have been at Hodges Bend; I am a proud HBMS Warrior. I graduated from THE Texas Southern University where I played Volleyball on an athletic scholarship, and I obtained my Master’s from Lamar University. I am a wife to my college sweetheart and a mother to our three beautiful children. I am in love with the outdoors and when the weather’s nice, I’m often on a run, bike ride or beach trip with my husband and kids. I find joy in ‘mom-ing’, reading, learning, exercising, and traveling with family and friends. I have a huge heart for kids, and I genuinely believe that all kids can achieve great things. I’m eager to encourage students to reach their full potential and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a source of positivity and support on their journey. One of my favorite quotes is “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” This quote, by Norman Vincent Peale, resonates as a reminder that if we are aiming for excellence, at the very least, greatness will be achieved.
