My name is Shelly Puckett and this is my 26^th year teaching in FBISD, including my 18^th as a librarian and my 8^th year at Bowie! I have three beautiful daughters who all attended FBISD schools and I am married to a wonderful man that I met in middle school. I enjoy traveling, watching Sooner and Texans football, doing home remodeling, and spending time with my family.

My goal is to make the library, or ‘The Den’, a driving force at Bowie and not just a supplemental resource. I am thrilled to do my part providing not only information, but also inspiration and innovation to Bear Nation. I am so proud to be a part of the Bowie team!
