I am thrilled to be at Walker Station Elementary and teaching fourth grade math and science!  This is my eleventh year as a classroom teacher.  I began as a first grade teacher for 3 years in Spring ISD.  I then moved to Houston ISD and taught third grade for 3 years.  In Fort Bend, my classroom experience includes two years in 3rd grade, followed by one year in 5th grade and last year in 4th grade.  Over the years, I have served in education as a classroom teacher, numeracy coach, interventionist, substitute teacher, and a district aide.  

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University.  (Whoop!)  I have been married to my husband, Conor, for 20 years, and we have 3 children.  My son, Reid, is a freshman at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.  Go Vols!  My daughter, Chloe, is a freshman at Austin High School and Annie Reese, my youngest daughter, is a 6th grader at Sartartia Middle School.

The classroom is where I belong!  I'm so excited to have this opportunity to grow your children this school year!
