My name is Micalyn Flagg, and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Dropout Prevention Specialist for Hightower High School.
I consider myself a Student Success Architect, dedicated to building student leaders who venture out into the world and achieve success in their lives. With over 20 years of experience in the youth services industry, including roles as a Student Recruiter, Youth Development Specialist, and Financial Aid Administrator, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to this position.
As your Dropout Prevention Specialist, my goal is to combine a deep understanding of our students' needs with proactive strategies, strong collaboration, and a commitment to fostering a supportive school environment. I firmly believe that together, we can make a tremendous difference in the lives of our scholars, starting today!
