Ms. Ashley Alexander
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year!
I’m Ms. Alexander, and I couldn’t be more excited to be your teacher! This year is a fresh new chapter full of opportunities for us to learn, grow, and explore together, and I’m thrilled to start this journey with each of you.
A little about me: Before becoming a teacher, I worked as an Education Program Specialist at The Health Museum in Houston’s Museum District. I had the chance to coordinate some amazing programs, like the Global Teen Medical Summit, the Duke University Talent Identification Program, and Discovery Camps, all experiences that deepened my passion for education and science.
I hold a Master’s degree in Anatomy from Howard University and a Bachelor’s in Biology and Chemistry from Prairie View A&M University. I’m proud to call Houston my hometown. :)
Science is everywhere... in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the world we live in. I can’t wait to explore it with you every single day. This school year is going to be unlike any other, filled with new challenges and exciting discoveries. I’m ready for it and I hope you are, too!
Let’s make this year unforgettable!
