Reese AVP Student Jade Coleman Shines on Broadway, Empowers Peers with Positivity and Kindness

 

Jade B. Coleman, a 17-year-old senior at Hightower High School and Reese Center AV Production student, is making waves in her community with her inspiring message of hope, self-acceptance, and optimism. Jade recently starred in the opening act on Broadway in New York for Lisa Nichols' "When My Soul Speaks".  Through her motivational videos on social media platforms, Jade is dedicated to empowering her peers and promoting positivity, love, and kindness.

As a passionate servant leader, Jade has earned recognition for her outstanding work, including:

  • Opening act for Lisa Nichols' "When My Soul Speaks" one-woman show on Broadway
  • 1st place winner in the NAACP Act-so Photography Competition
  • 1st place winner for Junior Optimist Regional Oratorical Competition
  • Founder of the M.A.D.E. Leadership Club and holder of various leadership positions in school and community organizations

Jade's commitment to leadership, community service, and advocacy for anti-bullying and mental health awareness has inspired countless teens in her community. Her goal is to inspire a generation of kind, confident, compassionate, and courageous teens.

This is a story of a young leader making a positive impact in her community, and her message of hope and self-acceptance is worth sharing.
