Student Birthday Information
-
A student’s birthday may be minimally celebrated in the classroom through a song or special recognition. Parents can bring store bought cupcakes, including napkins, for the class to celebrate their child’s birthday which will be given out towards the end of the school day after the child’s lunch period. The linked form below must be completed and sent to the Front Office when cupcakes are brought to the school.

Birthday parties, balloons and other treats are not allowed at school.
Item Delivery Procedures During the School Day
-
Due to increased interruptions to classrooms for delivery of items being dropped off at the Front Office, our procedures for delivery of such items are listed below. Please discuss this information with your students to encourage them to be more responsible for their own items. Thank you.
Lunches – parents will mark the lunch with the student/teacher name and give it to the Front Office Staff. Every day, the lunch duty teacher for each grade level will be responsible for checking the basket to make sure all lunches are delivered.
Homework/Composition Books, etc. – items will be placed in the teacher’s mailbox.Glasses – the Front Office will deliver the glasses to the student/classroom.
Birthday Cupcakes – the Front Office will deliver the cupcakes to the student/classroom.
