Hello Kindergarten! My name is Thelma (prefer Kathryn) Traylor. After spending 24 years in credit union operations, I decided to pursue a career in education.  I grew up in Missouri City and Sugar Land, Texas. I am a proud graduate of FBISD schools (EA Jones Elementary, Missouri City Middle School, and Willowridge High School). I am thrilled to be a member of the Blue Ridge Elementary community!

I have been married for 24 years.  My husband, a FBISD graduate, and I have raised our two incredible adult children in FBISD schools.  I am a "Lola" ("grandmother" in Tagalog) to three grandbabies (7, 3 and 1 years old). I love spending time with my family, watching movies, doing crossword puzzles, and baking. 

This is my first year teaching and I am so excited to meet your student!  I look forward to a wonderful year of "AHA" moments when our students discover how much they are learning and growing! Go Eagles!
