    Hello Holley Hawks! 

    My name is Lesley Garcia, and I am the Bilingual Literacy Interventionist here at Holley. This is my 10th year in education. I am very excited to continue working with my Holley Hawks! As a Literacy Interventionist, I work with small groups K-5, and we focus on becoming better readers each and every day. I love reading and getting my kiddos into literature is the best part of my job! I look forward to another wonderful year here at Holley!

    ¡Hola! Mi nombre es Lesley Garcia y soy la Intervencionista Bilingüe de Lectura. Este es mi decimo año en educación. Estoy muy emocionada de continuar a trabajar con mis Holley Hawks. Como intervencionista yo trabajo con grupos pequeños de K-5 y nos enfocamos en mejorando nuestra lectura para ser mejor lectores. A mí me encanta leer así que me encanta cuando mis estudiantes se emocionan y quieren seguir leyendo aún más. ¡Así que espero otro año espectacular!

    Welcome Holley Hawks and families!

    My name is Mrs. Eapen and I am the Literacy Interventionist. I want to share a little bit about myself. I graduated from University of Houston many years ago. I have been teaching for over 20 years in FBISD. I am married and I have two children. Faith is 21 years old and is a senior at the University of Houston. Caleb is 12 years old and in the 7th grade. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. I believe all students can grow if in the right environment. I am looking forward to a fantastic year filled with good memories.

    Hello, and Welcome Back Holley Hawks!  

    My name is Ms. Cavazos, and it’s an honor to be part of our wonderful Holley family as a Bilingual Literacy Intervention Teacher. I work with my students in a small group setting to provide bilingual support, with the goal of growing as readers… and maybe even discover the magic of a good book! I have been an educator for more than 21 years, and I’m looking forward to another great one with my Holley Hawks!

    Mi nombre es Ms.Cavazos y es para mí un honor formar parte de la maravillosa familia Holley, como su intervencionista bilingüe de lectura. Mi labor es proporcionar apoyo bilingüe a mis alumnos, en un entorno de grupo pequeño, con el objetivo de crecer como lectores ... y quizás también, descubrir la magia que puede haber en un buen libro. ¡Me siento muy emocionada de empezar este, mi 22º año como educadora en compañía de mis “Holley Hawks”!
