Welcome to Sugar Mill Elementary… the sweetest elementary school in Sugar Land!  I am thrilled to serve our school community as the principal of Sugar Mill.  I received a firm foundation in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southwest Texas State University and received my master’s degree in Educational Leadership from University of Houston.  I have had the privilege of working my entire career in Fort Bend ISD where I started in middle school as a teacher and administrator and have spent the last twelve years as an elementary principal.

Outside of school, I am a wife and mother of two boys, one still in high school and one in college, both products of Fort Bend ISD.  I enjoy gardening, decorating, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.  Building relationships with students and community members is a priority for all of us at Sugar Mill, and we are here to help ignite a spark for learning in each child that attends SME.  Please feel free to reach out at any time to our campus should you have a concern or feedback for us.
