Dr. Kristi Morale brings over 15 years of experience in education to her role as SEL Specialist at MCMS. With a background as a classroom teacher, behavior specialist, and instructional leader, she is passionate about supporting both students and staff through intentional social-emotional learning practices.

Dr. Morale holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Dillard University, an M.A. in Teaching from the University of Southern California, and a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas Southern University. She believes deeply in the power of connection, equity, and community care.

On campus, she leads initiatives such as staff self-care, sharing SEL strategies, student lunch bunch groups, and book clubs, all designed to create a safe and supportive environment where students and teachers can thrive.
