Mission Bend Elementary

Welcome to the home page of the Mission Bend Elementary Chapter of the National Elementary Honor Society.

The National Elementary Honor Society (NEHS) is composed of 5th grade students who are selected during their 4th grade year based on scholarship, leadership, citizenship and character and approved by our campus faculty advisory council. Inducted members serve NEHS and represent our school throughout their 5th grade year.

In order to be considered for Mission Bend Elementary Chapter of NEHS, a potential candidate:

• Must have an 85 overall average on a 100-point scale, inclusive of all courses with numerical grades.  
• Must have been enrolled on our campus for one full semester.
• Must abide by the Chapter’s Bylaws.
• Must demonstrate sound and effective leadership, admirable citizenship, and trustworthy character at Mission Bend Elementary and in the community.
