Greetings! My name is D'Anca DeVille, and I am a 7th grade math teacher at Missouri City Middle School. This is my 3rd year of  teaching, and every year brings new experiences, growth, and joy through working with students. 

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and later earned my Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Southern University. In the year of 2023, I began my journey into education and earned my certification as a generalist for grades 4-8th. Since becoming a teacher, I have taught 8th grade Social Studies, Literacy, and now 7th grade Mathematics. 

I believe that all students can learn and thrive when they are supported, encouraged, and challenged in the right ways. In my classroom, I focus on creating a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment where students feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and be themselves. I emphasize hands-on learning, creativity, and strive to make lessons engaging and meaningful.
