Students continue the study of their relationship to the classroom, school, and community, develop concepts of chronology and explore beginning concepts of economics.
Students observe and describe the natural world using their five senses, develop and enrich their abilities to understand the world around them in the context of scientific concepts and processes through science inquiry and develop vocabulary through their experiences investigating properties of common objects, earth materials and organisms.
