• My name is Cody Burris and I am the Warrior Librarian for HBMS! 

     

    I am certified in School Librarian EC-12, Principal EC-12, Generalist EC-6, Generalist 4-8, and Social Studies 8-12. I have the pleasure of being a Teacher-Librarian and connecting students with books and other resources to help guide them to EXCELLENCE. This is my second year at HBMS and my 19th in education. My goal is to help students find their love of reading and to support parents and teachers. I am a firm believer that all students are readers. The most fulfilling thing for me is connecting students with books and information that interests them.
