I am Elizabeth Guerra-Canchola, the Assistant Principal for James Reese Career and Technical Center.  I am a first generation high school and college graduate, something my family is extremely proud of. I was born in Houston and raised in the Rio Grande Valley; this gave me exposure to several cultural and societal differences. I began my teaching career with PSJA ISD. I have earned both my Bachelor and Master degrees from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and I am currently pursuing my Doctor in Educational Leadership.
