I graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelors of Choral Music Education in 2013. After four years of teaching middle school choir I went to attend the Kodaly Institute in Hungary and received my Diploma in Kodaly Music Education. I am really excited to be a part of the Jaguar community and to grow the musicianship of each of my students. I believe that every child should have the opportunity to sing in choir and that every child can sing.
"With music, one's whole future is brightened. This is such a treasure in life that it helps us over many troubles and difficulties. Music is nourishment, a comforting elixir. Music multiplies all that is beautiful and of value in life." -Zoltan Kodaly
