Mrs. Elizabeth Koenig

I grew up in the small historic town of Gonzales, Texas. My husband and I have enjoyed living in Sugar Land for over twenty-five years.  Our son is a student at Sam Houston State and lives in the Conroe area with his new wife.  Our daughter is at Texas A&M.  Both children are expected to graduate in December 2025 and are proud alumni of Sartartia Middle School and Austin High School.  

I attended Texas A&M University and Stephen F. Austin State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.  I have experience in industry accounting, owning and managing a partnership, and volunteering in many different roles in our local schools and organizations.

2025-2026 is my tenth year teaching at Sartartia.  I enjoy sharing my love of math and learning with students.  I believe students learn best when they are actively engaged and math and algebra are related to real life.
