I’m a Houston native and a product of Fort Bend ISD schools. After graduating with a Bachelor's in English from University of Houston, I began my teaching career in Fort Bend ISD as a high school English teacher. After being out of the district for the last several years, I’ve returned to start my 11^th year teaching here at the best middle school in Texas!

I earned my Master's in Education - Curriculum and Instruction from University of St. Thomas. I’m married to another educator (high school social studies), and we have three beautiful boys – 5 and under! I look forward to partnering with you to ensure your child’s success in 7^th grade.
