Hello, and welcome Eagles! My name is Chelsea Todd, and I'm the art teacher at Glover Elementary! I graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor's in Fine Arts. I'm also certified to teach EC-12 art. I believe every student is an artist, and it's my job to find and promote any artistic talent or desire your child may have. I'm so excited about the new school year and ready to start this journey of creative expression together.
