There are many reasons I love teaching as a career, but the main one is getting to work with your children. Every day brings new and exciting opportunities for growth as a learning community. I consider it a privilege to be part of such a dedicated team here at Scanlan Oaks .I have been teaching for 14 years and this is my 11th year at Fort Bend ISD.

I grew up in a small town north of Fort Worth. After earning a degree from the Midwestern State University, I started my career in Killeen ISD, then coached at a small school by Dallas.

During my time off, I love to play and watch sports.
