CMMS Art Department

Artists apply the elements of art as the basic tools for creating their own artwork. 

Identify and illustrate concepts through direct observation, original sources, exploration, personal experiences, and communities such as family, school, cultural, local, regional, national, international. 

Apply the art making process to solve problems and generate design solutions.  

Produce artworks, including drawings, paintings, prints, sculptures/model forms, ceramics, fiber art, photographic imagery, and digital art and media, using a variety of materials.
