• Gifted and Talented

      Is your child exceptionally bright, and they seem far more advanced when you compare them to their peers?  Consider referring your child for testing to see if they will qualify for the FBISD Gifted and Talented Program.  

      The Fall Gifted and Talented referral window opens on August 12, 2025, and closes on September 30, 2025.

      Parent notification letters will be mailed home in February 2026.  If a student in grade (1st-5th) is identified and qualifies for gifted services, their services will begin next school year (August 2025). Any qualifying Kindergarten student services will begin in March 2026.
