Hi, friends! My name is Kelly Thompson. I am so glad your family is a part of TEAM THOMPSON! This is my 15^th year in education. I have taught 1^st grade and Kindergarten. Early childhood is truly where my passion for teaching lies. I am a believer that relationships come first before any content can be mastered. I am a mom of two amazing children… Luke who is in 4^th grade and Olivia Jo who is in 1^st grade. We live in the Sienna community and the longer I work at SOE, the more friendly faces I get to see when we are out and about! When I am not at school, pouring my heart into your little ones, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, running and exercising (currently training for the Houston Marathon in January-EEK), going to church, and being outside playing with my kiddos. I am looking forward to working alongside each of you this school year to make it the best one yet!
