Hello there! My name is Kelsey Julien and I will be teaching 4th grade Reading Language Arts and Social Studies for the 2025-2026 school year. This is my first year teaching at Seguin Elementary. However, this is my third year teaching overall--I previously taught both first and fifth grade students. I am passionate about shaping young minds and inspiring the next generation of leaders and believe that every student deserves access to an equitable education.
