I am honored to serve the students, parents, and staff of Dulles Elementary as your principal.  As a product of Fort Bend ISD, it is a privilege to work in the district that I call home. 

I began my career as an educator in 2003.  During that time, I have served as a teacher, coach, department chair, and campus administrator.

At Dulles Elementary, we provide students a positive and supportive community that sets high expectations for all.  We teach the values of servant leadership and the benefits of a growth mindset.

Hello Dulles Elementary Community!

My name is Anesta Richards-Machoka, and I am honored to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal at Dulles Elementary. I am truly excited to join this incredible Little Viking community and to begin working alongside such a dedicated and passionate team of educators.

A little about me, I come to you with 19 years in education, having served as an educator in grades 1-6, a Reading Grade Level Administrator, Strategic Planner, and most recently as Math Instructional Coach at Ridgegate Elementary. I have a deep passion for supporting students, building strong relationships, and helping teachers thrive in their work. 

From the moment I learned about Dulles Elementary, I was drawn to the school's commitment to academic excellence, student-centered learning, and its warm, inclusive culture. I look forward to supporting our students, staff, and families in every way I can, and to learning from the incredible work already being done here.
