Hi Raider Family!

I am Ms. White and will be your child's Algebra 1 AAC and 7th Grade AAC Math teacher this upcoming school year. I am so excited to start another year at Quail Valley Middle School and get to work with a new group of students.

Math has always been one of my favorite subjects and I love helping students realize how powerful and fun it can be! From solving equations to making real world connections, my aim is to make math meaningful, engaging, and appropriately challenging for every student.

I graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig ’em!) with a Bachelor of Science degree and have spent the past several years continuing to learn and grow as both an educator and a lifelong learner. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, writing, and traveling (whenever I can).

This year, my aim is to create a classroom environment where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are considered a natural part of the learning process, and every student feels supported and valued. I am looking forward to a year filled with growth, discovery, and plenty of “aha!” moments.
