Ms. Cindy Cormier
Hi everyone,
My name is Cindy Cormier. I have been teaching for 28 years and this is my 22nd year in FBISD. I’ve taught every elementary subject and absolutely love all of them! I'm also an experienced 7th and 8th grade science and history teacher. I've had the opportunity to serve as an instructional specialist at both elementary and secondary levels.
In 2011, I represented the Houston region as the HEB Excellence in Education Award recipient and in 2012, I was the Elementary Teacher of the Year for FBISD. I've earned M.Ed. degrees from the University of St. Thomas in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership.
Teaching students of Fort Bend has been a very rewarding experience and here at Leonetti Elementary,
I have the opportunity to hear LIONS ROAR everyday!
