    Students may log into SchooLinks through OneLink and then the Clever Portal. 

    SchooLinks is a comprehensive college and career readiness platform used by Progressive High School to help students plan for their future after graduation. The platform allows students to explore colleges, careers, and military options while tracking their progress toward graduation and CCMR goals.

    Through SchooLinks, students can:

    • Research colleges, universities, and training programs

    • Take interest and career assessments to discover potential career paths

    • Track graduation requirements and postsecondary goals

    • Build a personal portfolio, including resumes and college applications

    • Request transcripts and letters of recommendation

    • Complete tasks related to FAFSA, scholarships, and college applications

    Parents and guardians also have access to SchooLinks, allowing them to stay informed about their student’s progress and upcoming milestones. This partnership between students, families, and staff ensures that every scholar is supported in making informed decisions about their future.

    SCHOOLINKS AND THE COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCESS

    • Fort Bend ISD students are able to begin submitting all college application materials and request letters of recommendation using the new SchooLinks college and career exploration software.

      Although the SchooLinks portal is open, please know that letters of recommendation will be processed in mid-September. This provides time for the district’s academic staff members to return to their campuses, complete all levels of training on SchooLinks and have an opportunity to write more informed, personalized letters for students who request them. Please review your choice college admissions requirements as not all require a letter of recommendation. 

      We are aware that portals such as Common Application, Apply Texas, and Coalition for College open on August 1st for students applying for Fall college enrollment.

      Rest assured that there will be ample time for colleges to receive students’ recommendation letters and have them on file for the admission review process.  

      Typically, early submission deadlines do not begin before October 1st.
