Hello and welcome! This is my first year teaching at Oakland Elementary. For the past 7 years I have been teaching first and second grade in Alief ISD. I grew up in Houston, TX and attended Fort Bend ISD schools including Mission Glen Elementary, Hodges Bend Middle school and Bush High School. After graduating from George Bush High School, I attended the University of North Texas in Denton near Dallas and shortly after, obtained my Texas Teachers Certification. I enjoy filming and editing content for my YouTube channel and spending time with my 1 year old son. Oakland Elementary is a wonderful place to teach and learn, and I know it's going to be a great year!
