Welcome to Coach Perez’s PE class.

         I have worked with the amazing LAMP team since 2012 and have been part of the SCE staff since 2008. I graduated from Lamar University.

        My passion is to encourage and equip students to live a healthy life through exercise, diet and lifestyle choices. My goal is that all students to have a positive experience towards fitness, by motivating students to be physically active through fun games and sports.  

         In my spare time, when I have it, I enjoy working in my garden growing my own fruit and vegetables, spending time with my family, watching our kids in their many extracurricular activities, reading and rooting for my favorite teams, the Texans and Astros! Win or lose, I’m a fan!
