Hello, my name is Ms. Meggett. Art has been my favorite subject since childhood. I was raised in San Antonio, TX, and have lived there for most of my life. Art has been a personal hobby and has been a career choice for all of my adult life.
I received an Associates Degree in computer graphics, specializing in Photoshop and Illustrator at San Antonio College, and received a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, with a primary focus on oil painting at the University of Texas San Antonio.
In 2012, I moved to Katy, TX. I have been an Elementary art teacher in FBISD since 2017. I always look forward to inspiring children and hope to teach them to not only appreciate art but realize every child is an artist with natural expressive talent.
