Cynthia Bowie was born and raised in Houston, TX.  She went to college at the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Bowie has been teaching 20 years.  She has taught Kindergarten through Fourth grade, with most of her years in first grade.  Ms. Bowie is an avid animal lover,  has 2 dogs of her own and fosters many.  Her favorite hobby is traveling.  Ms. Bowie loves teaching.
