Welcome, students and parents!

It is great to be back teaching 3rd-grade ELA and Social Studies at Austin Parkway Elementary this year! 

A little about me: I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in French and English Languages and Literature. I also hold a Master's in Professional Studies and Strategic Leadership from Middle Tennessee State University.

My husband and I are parents to two amazing young men. They both attend the University of Houston. Go Coogs!

When I am not working, I love to travel, cook, volunteer, and watch sports and movies with my family. 

My favorite thing about teaching is getting to know my students and their interests. It gives me great pleasure to help and watch them grow as individuals and learners. I look forward to working with all students and keeping them engaged in exploring, learning, and creating!
