My name is Ana Fuentes-Cruz and this is my fourth year as a Bilingual Literacy Interventionist Teacher at Ridgegate Elementary, I had the opportunity to teach 2nd and 3rd grade for a total of 7 years at Ridgegate ES. I am a proud UH alumni and have earned a Bachelor’s Degree as an EC-6 Bilingual Generalist. I happily married 19 years ago and have 4 amazing children. They are my motivation to succeed. I have a strong passion for teaching, ever since I was young and I would “teach” my stuffed animals the English language, alphabet, colors, numbers, and much more.  My career is a dream come true!I enjoy having the opportunity to mold every student individually with the sole purpose of creating better citizens for our society. Thus, creating a better future one student at a time. I love Reading and I enjoy equipping others with the same love I have for Literacy!
