I am excited to be a Townewest Texan!  Prior to Fort Bend ISD, I had the opportunity to be a counselor working with intermediate, middle and high school students in San Antonio and Dallas.  I also taught reading at the high school level before transitioning into a counseling position.  I am originally from St. Louis, MO, but Texas has quickly become my second home.  I graduated from Saint Louis University, home of the Billikens, with a B.A in Psychology and completed a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.  Listening to music, cooking and spending time with my family always helps me recharge. 

Children don’t always have an easy time growing up, and I’m ready to walk alongside them and guide them through all the ups and downs of life.  I have the privilege of getting to know every student at Townewest and am excited to see the academic, social and emotional growth they’ll experience throughout the year.  I look forward to another year of learning!
