• What is it? 

    TSIA is a college readiness exam offered by the College Board and the State of Texas to help students entering college. It allows a student who did not make a "college-readiness" score on the SAT/ACT to take this exam and enter college taking on-level math and reading course without having to take a remedial course if they received a passing score. 

    Who is eligible to test?

    12th-grade students enrolled at Progressive HS

    If you cannot test on Progressive's provided testing dates, you will need to register to take the exam at Houston Community College, Wharton County Community College, or another community college in our area. These colleges charge a fee of up to $29.00 per test.
