Hello Firefly Family!

My name is Alicia Herndon and I am so honored to be your child's teacher this year! 

I was born and raised in southern California and a proud graduate from California State University, Fullerton. Go Titans! This will be my 11th year teaching. I have taught grades K-6 and have enjoyed seeing my students learn and thrive every year. In addition to being a teacher, I am also a proud mother to 3 children; 1 daughter and 2 sons. 

It is my goal to create brave and belonging spaces for my students and make memories in the classroom that my students will remember for a lifetime.I look forward to building strong relationships with my students, families, and staff this school year.
