I am excited to join the Townewest Elementary family as the BSS (Behavior Support Services) teacher.  I bring with me over three decades of experience in education, beginning in 1992.  Throughout my career, I have served in several roles, including a life skills para-educator, behavior technician, ABA supervisor and, most recently, a resource teacher for the last two years at Katy ISD. 

 I was born and raised in the small town of Wharton, Texas and earned my Bachelor's of science in psychology from the University of Houston-Victoria. Of all my accomplishments, I am most proud of being the mother to three successful sons.

I look forward to a wonderful journey ahead and many rewarding years with Townewest Elementary.
