Mr. David Ozel Watkins

My name is David Watkins and I am the music teacher for Blueridge/Briargate Elementary Schools.  I have been teaching for 35 years in several school districts.  I love teaching children in all phases of Fine Arts and will be looking forward to working with your scholars.
