In 2007, I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Theatre Arts and started my teaching career in Pasadena ISD. After 4 years of teaching, I was fortunate enough to pursue a Masters in Theatre and Performance Studies at the University of Edinburgh. Upon completion, I came back to Texas and worked in the Alley Theatre Education Department, managing an arts integration program called Staging STEM. A move across the country brought me back into the classroom in Baltimore for 3 years, but Texas called me home. I'm so glad to be starting my second year at Hunters Glen ELC as the Arts Integration Teacher, working with our young people to develop their voice and express themselves through theatre.
