I am a proud graduate of Fort Bend ISD (Kempner High School, Go Cougars!) and went on to earn my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Houston–Downtown in 2002. Shortly after, I discovered my passion for education and began my teaching career in 2004 at Hightower High School. In 2012, I joined the Ridge Point High School family, before returning to Hightower in 2020. Most recently, I was honored to be part of the opening staff at Crawford High School in 2023.

Throughout my career, I have always taught Algebra I, a subject I truly love. I take pride in helping students realize their potential and achieve success in math—often in ways they never imagined possible. Algebra I is not just a subject for me; it’s a passion. My goal is to inspire my students to embrace challenges, grow in confidence, and maybe even discover a love for math along the way.
