Hi friends!  My name is Mrs. Rica Goldyn, your Music Teacher. This year will be my 7th year teaching here at Palmer. This year also marks my 13th year as a music teacher. 

This year, we will participate in the Fort Bend ISD Elementary Choral Festival. Two years ago, I directed the FBISD District Honor choir which performed at the Texas Music Educators' Conferences in February 2023.   I was also blessed to have been a District Teacher of the Year Finalist for the school year 2022-23.  

I am very excited to see you all back!  This year, we will have lots of singing and instrument playing to look forward to.  Our programs are going to be so fun to put together and perform. I'll see you all soon!
