  • Technical Education Center Application

    Attention all current 10th and 11th graders.  Would you like to take a course in Automotive, Computer Technology, Cosmetology, Culinary Arts, Fire Fighting, Hospitality and Tourism or Welding at our Center? Our application will be available from January 17, 2017 through February 17, 2017 at 3:00 pm.

  • AP Exam Registration 2017

    AP Online Exam Registration is now open. Registration ends on February 28th.  Late Registration will begin on March 1st and end on March 13th.

    This year each AP exam costs $93.00.  William B. Travis High School desires that every student be able to take their AP exams.  Students requiring financial assistance should contact Ms. Carlete Metoyer, carlete.metoyer@fortbendisd.com, in the Travis Counseling Office to learn more.

  • Congrats to THS Cheerleaders

    Our Travis Cheerleaders finished 7th at the State UIL contest (out of 122)!!  Congratulations to our Cheer squad -- We are all very proud of you!  We KNOW how hard you work!!

  • Congrats Travis Swim!

    Last month, the Boys/Girls Swim Team competed in the Tomball Big Cat Invite where the combined team score placed 3rd behind Flower Mound who entered an A team and a B team! The team did very well against teams they will compete against at the Regional Meet in February. Individual and relay successes were present.  Please congratulate the swimmers on a job well done!

  • Congrats Tiger Thespians!

    Last month, 16 Travis Thespians competed at the State Thespian Festival in Dallas. 9 of our students have qualified for the National Festival in Lincoln, Nebraska this summer! Please join me in congratulating all of our Tiger Thespians of Troupe 7186!

  • Marine Corp JROTC Success

    Below are the results of the drill competition held last month at Brenham High School.  22 Marine Corps JROTC units competed.  Teams were from TX & LA.

    • OVERALL Championship – 1st
    • Unarmed Exhibition Drill – 1st
    • Academics – 1st
    • Overall Unarmed Drill – 2nd
    • Overall Armed Drill – 3rd
