  • Congratulations Girls Track!

    Congratulations goes out to the girl's track team members who participated in the district meet  last week...The JV team placed 3rd overall...with several individual place holders receiving medals and ribbons.

    In addition, the varsity team had several members to qualify for next week's area meet 

    • Katie Straub - 1st place 1600m and 3200m
    • Lauren Clarke - 1st place in triple jump, 2nd in high jump
    • Kenajah Upchurch - 4th place in long jump
    • Victoria Mathiew - 3rd in 300m hurdles

    Thank you for your continued support of our athletes...the team will be back in action next Thursday @ Hall stadium!!

  • Varsity Boys Track - District Champions

    Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Track Team on their 1st District Championship in school history! Several of our athletes who helped bring home the Championship Trophy will be moving on to compete in the Area Track Meet on April 20, at Hall Stadium.  Those athletes and their qualifying events are as follows:

    Edward Njuguna- 3200m, 800m, 1600m
    Jordan Klacsmanovics- 3200m, 1600m
    Warrick Nixon-100m
    Zach Martin- 200m, 400m, 4x4 relay
    Brian Raven- 400m, 4x4 relay
    John Barber- Shot Put, Discus
    Myles Word- 4x4 relay
    Dylan Chapa- Hearrell- 4x4 relay

  • FFA Livestock Judging Team Advances to State

    The THS FFA Livestock Judging Team competed in their Area Contest at TAMU on Saturday and placed 7th out of 95 teams and will be advancing to the State Contest April 29 at the TAMU Campus. These students have put in a lot of long hours practicing and did a wonderful job at the contest.
