We are excited to announce that for the second year in a row, Travis HS school has been chosen to receive Global Navigator Scholarships, with an increase of total award to $25,000 for students to study abroad next summer through the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE)! Travis High School was one of only 90 U.S. high schools chosen to receive the scholarships by donor Sheron Long and CIEE. Awards honor the schools’ commitment to developing global citizens and its enthusiasm for world language instruction.  This past summer Travis students traveled to China, Mexico, and Japan through Global Navigator Scholarships.

Students graduating in 2018, 2019, or 2020 are eligible to apply for a scholarship. Funds will be awarded based on merit and on financial need. The deadline to apply is December 1, 2016.
