Ms. Beller is excited to join the MGMS team and looks forward to connecting with students and staff. Inspired by the teachers who shaped her life, she began teaching in 2009 and became an Assistant Principal in 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio/TV and Journalism from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. Most of her teaching experience is in middle school ELA across all grade levels. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, spending time with her daughters, and being a Girl Scout Co-Leader. A fun fact about Ms. Beller is that she spent two years teaching abroad in Yokosuka, Japan. Her goal for the school year is to be a visible and approachable presence for students and staff while helping to ensure that every learner feels supported, challenged, and celebrated.
